Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to residents of the United States, Canada, and Mexico, ages 18+.
Employees of Pristine Auction and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is necessary to participate. Pristine Auction will never ask for your payment information to enter or claim a giveaway item.
Entry Period:
The giveaway entry period begins on the specified start date/time and ends on the specified end date/time (the "Entry Period").
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must complete the giveaway form (the “Entry Method”).
Each participant may submit only one primary entry (determined by email address). Opportunities for bonus entries may be available, and will be outlined following the initial entry of the participant’s email.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.
Selection of Winners:
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The selection will be conducted within 3 business days following the end of the Entry Period.
Winners will be notified via email from giveaways@pristineauction.com or via DM from our main account (@pristineauction) if no email address is collected via the Entry Method. Winner must claim their prize within 14 days of the selection; unclaimed items will be forfeited after 14 days.
Pristine Auction reserves the right to announce the winner either privately or publicly.
Prizes:
The prize(s) are as described in the giveaway announcement.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, replacements, or other alternatives.
Pristine Auction reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Claiming Prizes:
To claim a prize, winners must respond to the notification within 14 days and provide any requested information for prize delivery.
Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Pristine Auction to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Privacy:
Pristine Auction will send occasional promotional offers and updates to the email address provided for the giveaway entry.
Any personal information collected from participants will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Release of Liability:
By participating in the giveaway, participants release Pristine Auction from any liability arising from their participation or acceptance and use of the prize.
General Conditions:
Pristine Auction reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason.
These rules are subject to change without notice, rules will be updated and available in this location for the duration of the giveaway.
By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these rules and any decisions made by Pristine Auction.
