NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THIS GIVEAWAY IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, INSTAGRAM OR META PLATFORMS, INC.

1. Sponsor and Administrator. The National Experience Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by JCK Enterprises, L.L.C., an Arizona limited liability company d/b/a Pristine Auction ("Sponsor"), 1095 East Salter Drive, Phoenix, Arizona 85024. NationalSCC (The National Sports Collectors Convention), Reimage Concepts (Re-Image), and Waxstar Collectibles (each a "Promotion Partner" and collectively the "Promotion Partners") are promotional partners of the Giveaway. The Promotion Partners are not sponsors or administrators of the Giveaway; however, certain Prize components will be fulfilled by the applicable Promotion Partner as described in Section 7.

2. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are (a) legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and (b) at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence. Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, the Promotion Partners, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Giveaway Entities"), and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence) and household members (whether or not related) of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win. Entry via the Instagram Method (defined below) requires an Instagram account in good standing; creating an account is free. Entrants must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and entries made from accounts created to circumvent entry limits are void. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins on July 8, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time ("MST") and ends on July 17, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. MST (the "Giveaway Period"). The official giveaway post published to Sponsor's Instagram account during the Giveaway Period is the "Giveaway Post." Arizona does not observe daylight saving time; all times stated in these Official Rules are MST. Mail-in entries must be RECEIVED by July 17, 2026 (see Section 4(b)). Sponsor's records are the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter. There are two (2) ways to receive one (1) entry, as follows:

  • (a) Instagram Method. During the Giveaway Period, using your own Instagram account: (i) follow all four (4) of the following Instagram accounts: @pristineauction, @nsccshow, @reimageny, and @waxstars (the "Giveaway Accounts"); (ii) "like" the Giveaway Post; and (iii) share the Giveaway Post to your Instagram Story, tagging @pristineauction in the Story. Completion of all three (3) actions constitutes one (1) entry. Story shares are verified through the tag notification received by Sponsor. IF YOUR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT IS PRIVATE, your Story and tag are not visible to Sponsor: you must send a screenshot of your Story share by Instagram direct message to @pristineauction before the end of the Giveaway Period for your entry to be complete. Shares that Sponsor cannot verify by tag notification or screenshot received during the Giveaway Period do not constitute an entry. Story content that is obscene, hateful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, in Sponsor's sole discretion, is void and may result in disqualification.
  • (b) Mail-In Method. Hand-print your full name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, phone number, date of birth, and Instagram handle (if any) on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient first-class postage to: JCK Enterprises, L.L.C. d/b/a Pristine Auction, Attention: National Experience Giveaway, 1095 East Salter Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85024. Limit one (1) card per envelope. Mail-in entries must be RECEIVED by July 17, 2026; proof of mailing is not proof of receipt. Each complete, legible mail-in entry constitutes one (1) entry, equal in weight to an entry submitted via the Instagram Method. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, illegible, or incomplete entries are void.
  • (c) Entry Limits. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Giveaway Period, via either the Instagram Method or the Mail-In Method (not both). Entries submitted using multiple Instagram accounts, multiple identities, bots, scripts, macros, sweepstakes clubs or services, or any automated or fraudulent means are void, and any person submitting such entries may be disqualified in Sponsor's sole discretion. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Winner Selection; Odds. One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about July 18, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Entrants who entered via the Instagram Method must still be following all four (4) Giveaway Accounts at the time of winner verification; unfollowing any Giveaway Account before verification is complete will result in disqualification. An entrant is not a winner unless and until the entrant's eligibility has been verified and the entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final and binding.

6. Winner Notification and Verification. The potential winner will be notified on or about July 18, 2026 by (i) Instagram direct message from Sponsor's official account, @pristineauction, for Instagram Method entrants, or (ii) the email address and/or phone number provided, for Mail-In Method entrants. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt and may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law), and an IRS Form W-9 within five (5) days of delivery. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, fails to return required documents, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner is disqualified and forfeits the Prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries (up to three (3) alternates). IMPORTANT: Sponsor will never ask an entrant or winner for payment, credit card information, bank information, or account passwords to enter or to claim a prize. Giveaway communications will come only from Sponsor's official Instagram account or an official @pristineauction.com email address. Beware of impostor accounts.

7. Prize; Approximate Retail Value. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:

  • (i) Two (2) 5-Day Early Entry Passes to the 2026 National Sports Collectors Convention, July 29 – August 2, 2026, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Rosemont, Illinois (the "Convention"), approximate retail value ("ARV") $149.99 each (fulfilled by NationalSCC);
  • (ii) Two (2) National Trade Night wristbands (Trade Night runs July 30 – August 1, 2026 at the Convention). Trade Night wristbands are distributed free of charge in limited quantities and are not sold at retail; ARV: $0 (fulfilled by NationalSCC);
  • (iii) One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) in "Auction Cash," a promotional credit applied to the winner's account at pristineauction.com (fulfilled by Sponsor). A Pristine Auction account is required (registration is free) and must be and remain in good standing under Sponsor's Auction Policy and site terms. Auction Cash may be applied toward winning bids and all associated charges on pristineauction.com, including Buyer's Premium, shipping charges, and applicable taxes and fees, has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be sold, bartered, or redeemed for cash, and expires at 11:59 p.m. MST on December 31, 2026; any unused balance is forfeited upon expiration. Use of Auction Cash is subject to Sponsor's standard terms and policies; and
  • (iv) One (1) exclusive Zion Cases-brand slab case ,fulfilled by Waxstar Collectibles.

Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $1,500. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded.

The winner may permit one (1) guest to use the second Convention pass and Trade Night wristband; the guest must comply with all Convention and venue terms and conditions and, if a minor, must be the winner's child or legal ward and accompanied by the winner at all times. Convention passes and wristbands will be delivered electronically, by mail, or via will-call at the Convention, at Sponsor's election, and are subject in all respects to the Convention's and venue's terms, conditions, and policies, including conduct, security, and health policies; lost or stolen passes or wristbands will not be replaced. TRAVEL, LODGING, GROUND TRANSPORTATION, MEALS, AUTOGRAPH TICKETS, AND ALL OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES NOT EXPRESSLY LISTED ABOVE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER (AND ANY GUEST). The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, may not be substituted or redeemed for cash by the winner, and must be accepted as awarded. If any Prize component becomes unavailable, or if the Convention is canceled, postponed, relocated, or restricted in capacity or operation for any reason, Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value, and no additional compensation will be provided. All federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the actual value of the Prize, and must submit a completed IRS Form W-9 as a condition of receiving the Prize.

8. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, Instagram handle, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements, and Prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional review, notice, approval, compensation, or consideration.

9. General Conditions; Release; Limitation of Liability. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, and releases and holds harmless Sponsor, the Promotion Partners, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to (a) participation in the Giveaway or any entry activity, (b) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize or any component of the Prize, or (c) attendance at, or travel to or from, the Convention or any Prize-related activity, including personal injury, death, or property damage. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or garbled entries or communications; for telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or platform failures, interruptions, or unavailability of any kind (including any failure, suspension, limitation, or termination of Instagram or of an entrant's Instagram account); for unauthorized human intervention; or for errors, whether human, technical, typographical, or printing, in the offering or administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, or the announcement of the Prize. If for any reason the Giveaway cannot be executed as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that, in Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway and, if terminated, to select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action requiring such termination. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10. Disputes; Governing Law. Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) these Official Rules, and all issues and questions concerning their construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability, and the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules; (b) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or the Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts sitting in Maricopa County, Arizona; (c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual, documented out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (d) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so portions of the above may not apply to every entrant.

11. Privacy. Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and as otherwise described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.pristineauction.com/privacy-policy.

12. Winners List; Official Rules Requests. For the name of the winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope identifying your request (Winners List or Rules Request) to: JCK Enterprises, L.L.C. d/b/a Pristine Auction, Attention: National Experience Giveaway, 1095 East Salter Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85024, to be received by August 31, 2026. Vermont residents may omit return postage.

13. Instagram Acknowledgment and Release. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Each entrant understands that entrant is providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc., and each entrant hereby releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. completely from any and all liability in connection with the Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
